Harmon-Fuller Pet Care is where D.J. has worked at for 5 years. Matt Harmon later became the co-owner of the pet clinic with D.J.
Then in the episode Partnerships in the Night Matt decided to promote D.J. and give her half of the businesses (thus the name Harmon-Fuller Pet Care).
At The end of Season 3 after D.J. breaks up with Matt, he resigns and announces he will be opening his own pet clinic Harmon Better Pet Care just two blocks away from D.J.
