Season 2[]
A Tangled Web[]
Larry is competitive and will do anything to make sure his son wins. He arrives with Taylor to scout out the venue where the 3rd grade project "One Kid Can Make a Difference" will be presented to see if there is enough space to unveil his solar-powered all-terrain vehicle, which he built for Taylor. Larry talks to D.J. about preparing Max for defeat, which gets D.J. in a very competitive way and takes over Max's project.
During Max's presentation in the Tanner's backyard, Larry stops Taylor from doing the chicken dance. After Sarah wins the green ribbon, Larry announces to D.J. that their 'rival' isn't over and he will see her at the Spring Science Fair.
Season 3[]
Soul Sisters[]
After D.J. changes her Facebook status from 'in a relationship' to 'it's complicated' both Larry and Mankowski make a move on her. They both buy D.J. half off chocolates and get into the hot tub with her.
Larry lets it known that he is D.J. Facebook friend 'Carla from summer camp'.
