Nelson Burkhard is a minor character on Fuller House.
D.J's former boyfriend from Full House returned for Fuller House season 2. However, his original actor did not return for the role, therefore was re-casted. He was played by Jason Marsden on Full House and portrayed by older Hal Sparks on Fuller House, who was previously replaced on Tak and the Power of Juju. In DJ and Kimmy's High School Reunion Nelson attempts to woo D.J. at the high school reunion by bragging about the various things he has purchased with his money. Similar to the episode "D.J.'s Choice", Viper and Nelson fight over who will be D.J.'s escort at the reunion as she wonders why she ever dated either of them.
