The Not-So-Great Escape is the fourth episode of season 1 of Fuller House.
Plot[]
Ramona asks Jackson to trip the school fire alarm so she can get out of and skip class. The plan turned out to be unsuccessful, as the teacher caught Jackson setting off the fire alarm on purpose, and Ramona trying to escape out of the window, for which the two are suspended. When D.J. hears about this, she punishes Jackson, but Kimmy rewards Ramona with a spa day. D.J. asks Kimmy why she's doing the opposite of what fits the situation, and Kimmy explains that ever since Fernando left for the racetrack, she felt like she wasn't doing enough, and wanted Ramona to be happy. D.J. finally gives Kimmy the courage to punish Ramona, but with some help.
Subplot[]
Max wants a dog, but DJ says having a dog is too much work. Max says he can handle it, but DJ declines. After Max pleads and pleads for one, she finally gives in and says that Max can have a dog, which the latter is very excited about. They pick out one of Comet Jr. Jr.’s new puppies, whom Max names Cosmo T.D. Fuller (T.D. standing for “the dog”).
Subplot 2[]
Stephanie is babysitting Tommy for D.J., and goes to a coffee shop for a break. She meets a guy named Darren, who mistakes Tommy for her kid. When Stephanie can't afford her items, Darren buys them, and follows her, and they meet up again at the pet clinic (because D.J. asked her to go there). When Darren realizes the children are D.J.'s, he breaks up with Stephanie.
