Troller Coaster is the eleventh episode of season 3 and the thirty-seventh episode of Fuller House overall.
Plot
A letter prompts Ramona to reconsider her future, and Max tempts fate on the Troller Coaster. Steve and D.J. have an important talk.
Synopsis
Max plans to ride a roller coaster called the "Troller Coaster" but is afraid to do so and asks Jackson to accompany him since he is the bravest person he knows. At the amusement park, Jackson admits to Max that he is actually terrified of roller coaster and lied because he was touched by how Max admired his bravery. Max uses Jackson's own advice about looking fear in the eye to motivate themselves to ride together. Steve also shows up for the first time since Japan and wants to talk to D.J. but rides the roller coaster also and is detained by security for cutting in line. Max and Jackson are ecstatic over conquering their fear and find that they really enjoy spending time together as friends. Later that night, Steve returns and talks to D.J. as the two agree to wait a month before going out on dates since they just got out of serious relationships and need to enter their next relationship with no baggage.
Meanwhile, Ramona receives a letter of acceptance from the San Francisco School of Performing Arts which excites Kimmy and Fernando extremely. Ramona's excitement soon fades when she discovers that the students are not allowed to have social lives like other teenagers and do nothing but practice dance routines all the time from the paranoid student representative that comes over and advises her to leave while she still can. Ramona feigns being rejected from the school due to overcrowding which Fernando and Kimmy discover is a lie. Ramona admits that she doesn't want dance to be her whole life and wants to have fun as a teenager too, lying to avoid disappointing her parents. Fernando and Kimmy reassure her that they are proud of her and she isn't an investment to them.
